Before working with Christopher, I had had a series of trainers that had left me feeling at times overworked and at times discouraged. I had been stuck in a cycle for years of working out and dieting in extreme ways and then getting burned out. I would yield results in the short term, but because I couldn’t sustain the extreme prescriptions of my trainers, ultimately my results would go away and I would end up feeling exhausted and depressed.
In my profession, it is always very important to stay in shape and I went to Christopher to help prepare me for pilot season. He completely reshaped not only my body, but also my view of diet and exercise. While working with Christopher I became stronger and leaner than I had ever been and in half the time. His focus on core strength, dynamic movement and strength training completely changed my body and the results have been lasting. On top of aesthetic results, I have a completely different understanding of what works for me and what is good for my body. One of the greatest gifts that Christopher has given me is that when I have had to go away for work, I have felt empowered to train myself effectively.
I have no doubt that the way I felt about my body was a huge factor in how well I did that pilot season. I walked away with a starring role on the Television show, Til Death. Christopher Warden has had a lasting effect on the way I view not only my body, but also diet and exercise. In that sense, I can honestly say that Christopher Warden changed my life. When I met Christopher my health was out of control – I’d left myself go. I was 143 lbs at 5’3”. I looked like a woman in her 50′s and, to put it mildly, I was burnt out!

Christopher Warden has been my personal trainer for over two years. As a lifelong exercise enthusiast, I chose Christopher to be my trainer because I needed someone who would be able to take my relatively fit body to an elite level of ability. I found my way to Christopher by a referral from another one of his clients, and the first time we met, I knew I wasn’t with ‘just any other trainer’. This guy had questions and seemed to really care about me, my body, my mind. He taught me the importance of nutrition and a healthy lifestyle as the foundation for great results . . . and once I got a handle on my eating, I REALLY saw the results I wanted from training. He investigates any problems that arise and works on a solution for every client. Every once in a while I break focus on what I’m doing and watch what he is doing while I’m moving. He is like an artist working on a sculpture. He circles…he looks at what I’m are doing from every angle . . . coaches me . . . spots me . . . makes adjustments . . . continues to analyze and then encourages me to realize that my work is paying off. Christopher Warden has been my personal trainer for nine months. I am stronger, fitter, more nutritionally aware and though the workouts are tough I do love them and feel better for doing them.
