Health and Fitness Coach


Christopher provides a personal training service aimed at helping you to ‘get better’ — to become pain-free, to lose body fat, to get stronger . . . to become incredibly fit and healthy!  The principles of exercise, nutrition, psychology and holistic therapy are the ‘tools’ he uses to deliver programs that are incredibly effective at transforming your body while being supportive and sensitive to your functional, personal, professional and spiritual goals.

Currently, his professional responsibilities overseas restrict his ability to provide face-to-face, one-to-one coaching, but he has online coaching available on a limited basis to self-motivated individuals seeking specifically designed training programs.
