Enlightened Coaching . . . The MOST important part of helping others (and helping ourselves!), I think, is in Effective Listening -- with the coach listening (and hearing!) the client, and the client listening to his/her body. We can force our will on the client/on ourselves to be sure, but the 'will' will have little to no long-term effect if it's not in alignment with our purpose and our unique physiological/mental/emotional functions.
